By engaging Traditional Owners from the beginning, we ensure that local knowledge, values and priorities shape every project we deliver.
RPC’s partnerships with Traditional Owners play a vital role in delivering projects that respect cultural heritage while achieving practical outcomes. From the earliest planning stages, we engage Traditional Owners to ensure that local knowledge, values and priorities are embedded into every phase of project design and delivery.
This collaborative approach builds trust, strengthens relationships and enables shared decision-making. It also helps our team navigate regulatory requirements, manage stakeholders and align project goals with cultural and environmental considerations. The result is projects completed not only on time and within budget, but in a way that upholds cultural integrity, empowers communities and delivers lasting social and environmental benefits.

Children Having an Illness Living in Sunraysia (C.H.A.I.L.I.S.)
RPC proudly supports C.H.A.I.L.I.S. (Children Having an Illness Living in Sunraysia) through donating to their annual fishing competition. The event raises funds to support children and families in the Sunraysia region who are living with illness, helping ease financial pressures and create moments of joy during challenging times.
Volunteer Firefighters (CFA)
One of our team members volunteers with the Country Fire Authority (CFA) as a firefighter. We provide paid time off for training, events and emergency callouts recognising the vital role volunteers play in protecting communities across Victoria.
Apraxia Kids
We are proud to support causes that make a difference in our communities. As part of our commitment to giving back, our team is involved in raising awareness and funds for Apraxia Kids, particularly through the Community Walk Event in Ballarat. This initiative supports children with Apraxia and their families by helping improve access to vital resources, education and community connections.
Supporting Wellbeing in Our Community
We are proud to support wellbeing beyond the workplace. As part of our commitment to the community, one of our team members regularly visits a local aged care home with Bodhi, their friendly black Labrador and certified therapy dog. These visits bring comfort, joy and genuine connection to residents, sharing the simple but powerful presence of Bodhi.

By refining project design and delivery, our processes can be shared with initiatives such as Engineers Without Borders. This enables essential engineering services to reach communities in need around the world.
