Management Team
Regional Project Consulting was founded on a passion for project management and decades of experience in engineering consultancy and construction management. Our company is directed by Jeremy Rudd and Adam Pullen, who came together in the early 2000’s while working on local government projects.
Year on year, both Jeremy and Adam continued to develop and diversify their careers, gaining extensive engineering and project management experience in various sectors, including construction and mining. As their competence and expertise grew, each developed interdisciplinary skills in project and asset management.
The robust variety of projects that Jeremy and Adam have managed over the last 20 years is rarely seen across project consultants and consultancy firms. This is because while they bring all the necessary technical knowledge, they also have the understanding of how to successfully deliver projects in the real world, with all the challenges that regional Australia faces.
In 2019, Jeremy and Adam together founded Regional Project Consulting, focusing on the delivery of small, medium and large scale projects in regional Australia. The two recognized the availability of technical knowledge across regional Australia, but the lack of skills in real-time project delivery, especially with respect to delivering infrastructure to the community. Together, Jeremy and Adam are driven by the desire to deliver better outcomes for regional infrastructure, design, and engineering.
What sets us apart is that we value getting to know the stakeholder, their goals, and their requirements. Delivering to the highest standards means that stakeholders are always satisfied with their goals and outcomes. We are wholeheartedly dedicated to our specialisation of regional projects, and strive to deliver those projects as if they were our own.
Regional Project Consulting was founded on the values of passion, diligence, and expertise. We take pride, not only in what we know, but in the many years it has taken us to arrive at this level of professionalism and expertise. With over 20 years experience working with local and state governments, Adam Pullen is a highly experienced project manager with a broad understanding and a generalist approach.

As one of the founders of Regional Project Consulting, Adam Pullen comes with more than just technical and academic experience. Motivated by the desire for change and simplification of regional enterprise, Adam is an energetic project manager with decades of experience under his belt.
Before starting Regional Project Consulting, Adam worked for 15 years with a variety of local and state organisations, mining and construction industries on both contractor and client side. Having cross functional and interdisciplinary experience, Adam takes a generalist approach and brings diverse skills from varied experience.
Adam has worked on projects ranging from civil and mechanical engineering through to environmental, safety, and commissioning. He has worked in senior positions on a range of projects and for a number of different companies, bringing with him expertise and knowledge from many sectors.
With a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering, Adam Pullen is highly specialised in environmental management, especially within the construction and mining industries. His experience working in and with state and local governments makes him particularly well positioned to undertake projects initiated by governments and councils.
Adam effectively engages stakeholders and delivers projects on time, within budget and with the highest attention to detail and quality. He is inspired by delivering regional projects, especially in the current market which seems to be missing major logistical, hands-on experience. Adam is dedicated to his clients and to opening doors for regional projects that otherwise seem unachievable or just too difficult.

Having worked across a range of locations in regional Victoria, Jeremy Rudd is highly familiar with the ongoing requirements for successful project delivery in the regions. With a background in civil and construction engineering, as well as a decade of experience as a project manager, Jeremy Rudd delivers high quality programs on time, and to a budget.
Jeremy Rudd’s experience is varied, but specialises heavily in the construction industry. He has worked in basically every facet of construction, from project conception right through to completion. Through this experience, he brings expansive and invaluable knowledge to stakeholder management, having the ability to connect with their needs and requirements.
At the same time, Jeremy Rudd has extensive technical knowledge in civil and construction engineering. With a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration (Technology Management), Jeremy brings together leadership and technical knowledge in a perfect union. He prides himself on delivering projects to the highest standards, as well as operating within the specified budget and to realistic time frames.
Having led diverse projects in the past, Jeremy is inspired by large-scale projects that require innovation and design, and there’s no project too big for Jeremy’s skills and personal appetite for success. Motivated by delivering what would be considered unachievable or too difficult, Jeremy Rudd brings expertise and knowledge on how to deliver projects successfully in the regions.
